Have you tried this Energy Enhancement System?

Last year I heard about this healing modality called Energy Enhancement System (EES) that I wanted to share with you.

In many ancient modalities like Traditional Chinese Medicine, it’s believed that all disease is a result of an imbalance in our energy system and pain and disease manifests from this imbalance.

So what causes an imbalance? If we look at ourselves as a wholistic being, we need to take into account not only our physical body but also our mental and emotional aspects. When we think about imbalances, these can occur on any level. Imbalances can be a result of our diet, the negative electromagnetics from our technology like wi-fi, cell phones, Bluetooth, etc., our environment (e.g. pollution, water, chemicals in our laundry detergent or candles). They can be a result of our negative mindset, holding onto negative emotions and past traumas, and so on.

These imbalances steal and drain our energy, our life force. When this happens we need to recharge our energy or we feel completely drained, tired, fatigued and become ill.

It’s like a battery in a flashlight. When the the battery is fully charged, the light shines bright. When the battery is running low or depleted, the light becomes dim. In order for the flash light (or torch, depending on where you are in the world) to shine bright again, you need to recharge the batteries.

One way to recharge our energy, our life force, is to make lifestyle changes. Another is to find a holistic healing modality like Reiki, breathwork and yoga.

I was curious about the EESystem, so I finally booked a session to see what it was all about.

My first Energy Enhancement System experience

After my first visit in December, I decided to try it again in March while I was travelling and then subsequently took Dixie Doodle with me on ‘pups’ day. She’s very charged by food, stinky smells and rabbits, but as she is in her senior years, I want to support here overall system as well.
