Breathe - Recharge - Restore

You may have seen my last post where I shared a new healing modality called Energy Enhancement System (EESystem) that I recently had the opportunity to experience. If you missed it, you can find it here.

The EESystem is a revolutionary technology, developed over 20 years ago by Dr. Sandra Rose Michael, Ph.D., DNM, DCSJI, uses custom installed computers which generate bio-active energy fields called ‘scalar waves’. By now you also know how stoked I am about breathwork. In particular the 2-stage

Pranayama Breath, taught by world renown breath expert, David Elliott, who I trained with a few years ago. I recently shared a video of some of the benefits of this breathwork. If you missed it, you can find it here.

In my recent experience in the EESystem, I was fortunate to be the only person in the room (along with my dog Dixie), so I decided to do the breathwork at the same time.  It was extra spectacular!
